Social Responsibility
Our social responsibility is three dimensional.
1. As much as is possible, we use the services of local businesses, helping advance the local economy. We pride ourselves in ensuring suppliers and workmen - from labourer right through to printers, electricians, plumbers, bricklayers, tailors, knitters, painters, etc are from within the immediate community.
2. We run daily tuition and activities for every child willing to attend from within the local community. Our tuition times are after school each day, weekends and during the 6 school holidays - the 3 half terms, Christmas, Easter and Long Vacation. Many of our activities are free or subsidised for those who are unable to afford them.
3. We care for the environment and recycle (reuse) as much as we can, keeping our waste minimal.
Long term, we are working on opening and supporting an orphanage "Ark of Bulrushes" through proceeds from the school. You are welcome to make enquiries or support our vision.
